Suffice to say, there's no way I'm attempting that in CVS
And I doubt the SF admin team wants to help with all that either I didn't mention it last time, but darcs, like other modern CVS alternatives, supports real file moves It's just:
darcs mv old txt new txt
And the history is preserved and so forth
From a (mere) user standpoint, I'm on sold by these two "the Dada Mail of source control?" ;-) I'm in!

P S - Mark, thanks for the subject-header renaming convention you've showed/used here And similarly, I appreciated Bruce Kallick's recent reminder to me to not forget plaintext-only recipients when sending HTML content (I mean, really, self wtfwyt on that one?!)
Although, people with decent mail readers that prefer plain text should also have a way to view the HTML part, either as source code or in an external viewer
