spelling conventions: opinions welcomed!

I'll be proofreading all of the template files in my second go-round through the /templates/ folder...and I'd appreciate your opinions, if any, on a few debatable spelling conventions. (My goal here is to make everything consistent across the board, for users & admins alike.)
 
Following is a list of alternate spellings. The italicized ones are "correct" according to Wikipedia &/or Wiktionary. Unless there's disagreement or discussion to be had, I'll be using the first (bolded) one in each list...so if you dislike any of those, now's the time to say so!

webpage, Web page, web page

web browser, Web browser
 
URL, url
(pl.) URLs, URL's, urls, url's
 
spam, Spam, SPAM
 
(n.) plain text, plaintext  [e.g.: "Send your message using __________ instead of HTML."]
(adj.) plain text, plain-text, plaintext  [e.g.: "Create a __________ version automatically"]
 
(n.) blacklist, black list  [e.g.: "Add an address to your _________."]
(v.) blacklist, black list, black-list  [e.g.: "I am _________ing your address. It is now _________ed."]
 
??? shortname, short name
