I was just wondering if there was a way to put an unsubscribe in place that responds to those requests automatically.

Warm regards,

Mary Ann

I'm not sure what else to suggest, other than to process the requests manually. What other guidance were you looking for?

These are actual subscribers, and they each have “unsubscribe email” as the subject line and the message in the body of the email is identical for each:

"Please unsubscribe this account from your mailing list.”

The thing that worries me is that if they keep receiving mail after they “unsubscribe” using gmail’s function, they will think it’s unsolicited email.

Warm regards,

Mary Ann

I’m suddenly seeing a lot more unsubscribe emails from gmail users instead of people actually clicking the unsubscribe link in the email.

Are they actually subscribers, or just email from random addresses.

I've seen these emails too, but they're rarely from addresses that are actually on my list.
