Feature: Recurring Schedules

Hello Everyone,

Schedules seem to be working well in the core of Dada Mail, except people are missing the ability to set a recurring schedule, like they could in Bridge. Bridge had some issues itself with recurring schedules, namely it was hard to set a schedule that recurred at something other than something completely normal like, "every day", rather than, "every day, except the weekends"

So, when reintegrating recurring schedules in Dada Mail, I'm going to allow the following:

* A start and end date, which your mass mailings will happen between

* The days of the week (Mon - Sun) the schedule is to run.

* A time when the schedules will go out, at whatever dates you set

That way you can say something like, "Between June and September, send this message Monday, Wednesday, and Friday @ 7:00pm"

(See my attached screenshot)

That should help solve the majority of problems people are having w/setting a recurring schedule. This won't help if you want to set a schedule that runs on the first day of the month or one schedule that sends one message on Mondays @ 9:00am and another message @ 11:00 am on Fridays. When designing this, I wanted to keep things simple, so that the form to create a schedule isn't overwhelming. Would what I have work?
