This version features some pretty cool stuff: screen caching and SQL optimization - to name just a few things

What is screen caching? Well, every screen that Dada Mail makes that you see in your web browser is created dynamically - on the fly, every time Dada Mail is run This is very resource-intensive and can lead to sluggish performance Screen caching solves all this by saving a copy of this dynamic information to show, instead of having to recreate the content every time It's a really good thing Here's more information on how to use it:

If you're running a busy website and resources are strained, consider upgrading to this version of Dada Mail, the differences are pretty noticeable and your server admin will thank you

Also, if you're running Dada Mail using the SQL backend, you'll definitely want to make sure to upgrade to this version, as Dada Mail now has a unified SQL handle, instead of making a new handle willy-nilly Again, the performance increase is quite noticeable

All these changes were created to make Dada Mail a better shared-hosting citizen We're moving onwards! to some pretty incredible and complicated features and we need a good ground to stand on Before we release a version of Dada Mail that's going to cause some headaches compatibility-wise and a slight learning curve with the newly introduced features, we're going to trickle-down some of the other features, so you can use them right now Neat
