500 Internal Server Error when parse bounce

Has anyone ever have this problem: when parse bounce, it tells 500 Internal Server Error. but any other operation is normal.Also of course parse bounce can not be done by cron. i have been used it for a long time, it just occurs recently. does anyone know reason? thanks in advance.

it seems the server error is not recorded in the errors.txt file. but when i try parse bounce, during hundreds of server error notification, there is one screen notification is like //DADA/App/BounceHandler.pm line 342. see below erroe log:

forgot to say, during hundred times of server error, there is one time i successfully parsed bounce.
and fortunately after more than a days problem, it works normally again.but still not know why. I did nothing.
