Tracker plugin doesn't work all the time

Hi,
We are using the tracker plugin which works properly most of the time, but over the past month or so we have had 4 separate occassions where nothing was tracked. The newsletters were definitely sent out, just no stats are generated. We can see the data in the mysql database, just not in the tracker url. Any help is greatly appreciated as this is affecting our client relationships. We are currently running version 4.5.1 Stable

What happens when you disable the option, "Clean Up Tracker Reports "

Thanks for your response Justin. Let me start by saying I am not familiar with this software at all. I was just assigned the task of figuring out this issue. I wasn't the one who setup the software or the one who uses it.

That being said, what exactly do you mean by "What do the entries that are not tracked in the db look like ?" I do see entries in the DB, showing the newsletters were sent out in the dada_clickthrough_url_log table, but they aren't displayed in the GUI. In fact, nothing exists in the GUI for the date 3/21 when the newsletter of over 10,000 users was sent out. We need the tracker data to be consistent and can't figure out why this just started happening randomly. The newsletter on 3/15 was sent and tracked normally.

Secondly, what does this do? "disable the option, "Clean Up Tracker Reports "" Will it remove any existing data? What error log are you referring to? Where is it located?

Yeah, show me that - copy/paste the data, show me a screen shot, whatever :)

When enabled, that option just filters junk that may be in the data - errant logs, in other words. I'm wondering if what it thinks is junk is actually the data you want. No changes to the data is actually made.

I unchecked the option "Clean up tracker reports" for now. It has been checked all along, so I doubt this is the cause of these recent issues.

Is there some error log I can check perhaps?

Anybody else having similar issues? We just did another email blast yesterday and nothing showed up in the tracker plugin. This is really becoming a problem for our company. Any help is greatly appreciated.
