html template missing

After I installed dada mail, on the Send a new message screen, when I expand the section under Message Body, Html version, it is blank like the PlainText version. How do I get the html template to display correctly? I installed version 4.5.1 of dada mail. I had a previous version of dada mail, 4.3.1 and it did the same thing that time too when I installed it in January. I never used that version and thought that if I upgraded to version 4.5.1 that would fix the problem. Can someone help me?

The HTML Mailing List Message template will be applied after you submit the message you write, it won't ever show up in the "Send a Message" screen.

What is missing is the html wysiwyg editor. When I saw this Y-Tube video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dcYPZU7TS2I&NR=1 it shows that when he clicked on the + sign next to HTML version, you see the icons for the formatting. That is what is missing on my version. I don't have any formatting icons. I don't know if you can see this or not, but here is my screen http://www.wisitalia.org/cgi-bin/dada/m ... send_email.

You'll want to install the FCKeditor - there's a Youtube video for that, too:

It does not come with Dada Mail.

The other YouTube video made it look like the html editor came with dada mail. Thank you for the instructions for the FCKeditor.
