Message Body +/- HTML Version does not expand

Since upgrading from 4.0.5 to 4.5.1 Stable. The message body HTM Version input box does not expand. All other boxes expand and shrink fine. So, I cannot send html mail.

Any ideas, I can send plain text messages but the html data entry box does not open and the archive information extends (overlaps) over the Partial Mailing List Sending box title.

It sounds like perhaps the FCKeditor or CKEditor isn't configured correctly for the new install? The easiest thing to do would be to first just disable FCKeditor/CKeditor in Dada Mail and see if that helps. If so, you can then go on to debug what may be wrong with FCKeditor/CKeditor (or your config of it)

You can disable FCKeditor/CKeditor in the list control panel, under, Your List Control Panel -> Options
