Can you send from outside the Dada Mail interface?

I have made a website for a friend who is not good with computers.
In her admin section I have made an editable newsletter which saves the HTML of the newsletter to http://acrossthepondnj.com/newsletter/current.html

Currently to send her newsletter I copy paste that pages source to the Send a HTML Message area of the Dada Mail admin section. I think I could also copy paste the URL into the Send a Webpage and that would work, but both of these are to complicated for her and offer a lot of room for her to do something wrong and mess up her newsletter.

I would like to keep her completely out of the Dada Mail admin section and have a Send button in the site admin section I have made for her that would send the page http://acrossthepondnj.com/newsletter/current.html

Dose anyone know of any standard way or plugin to do this, or is this not even possible to do?

You could use Dada Bridge, so all they have to do is send an email to an address:

I am not familiar with pearl and don't know how to implement the code you linked.
I have tried viewing the source on the Send a Webpage and recreating the form but can not get that to work. Dose anybody know how I could alter this code to get it to work?
