Issues after upgrading to Release 4.3.2 Pro
I use the Ajax'd Subscription Form on a web site to allow people to subscribe or unsubscribe.

After installing Release 4.3.2 Pro that script no longer works. where the the input info on the screen should be to subscribe/unsubscribe, the web page is blank. The extension "ajax_include_subscribe_cgi.html" is set to 755 and included in the Admin Menu and does display there when I click on it.

I go back to older release 4.2.0 - Works like a champ in the web site.

And the Clickthrough Logs are still not showing up under Log Viewer - Clickthrough tracking is enabled (yes 755) and in the admin menue. Was working in release prior to 4.2.0. Was hopeing it would work yet again with a new release.

And just a point of reference: I do not like the Unsubscribe at the very top - I would prefer to manage where and how that is located. - Is that configurable?
