moving list from GD to Bluehost. Used SS to install DDM (4.3.1)to bluehost
Up and running, test email received. added existing subscribers via control panel w/o confirmation (took a while to find that piece of trivia) last piece is to get dadabridge to work. No matter what I do, I get a connection timed out error.
if I telnet from my PC to GD mailserver, connect no issues
if I SSH into Blue host and attempt telnet to the GD mail server get connection timed out error.
logging in via old DDM install (on GD) no issues. if I change the userID or PW (on old install) I get an authorization error, not a timeout error
Thoughts, suggestions? can they be limiting access by IP or something else?
