Incorrect date shown in Archive Message screen

Hi Justin

I notice that when viewing an Archive Message, the date shown is the current date, not the date the message was sent. This error is only when viewing the message itself, either from the admin page or from the public view; the date shown in the Archive Index is correct in both cases.

This error does NOT occur in release 4.9.0, but does in 4.9.1 and 5.0.x. I don't see any significant differences in the templates (which use <!-- tmpl_var date --> for this field), so I think it may be related to the new date tags which I think came in with 4.9.1.
