I have been using Dada mail for years and never had a problem. I recently upgraded from version 4.5 something to 5.1.1. I have Dada Pro. I followed the video from the site and everything worked just fine. I send webpages and ever since I upgraded, there have been issues with sending my emails. I normally have to send my email 2 or 3 times before it gets through the entire list. The first few times it will get to around 20% to 25% and just stop. I hope I'm not alienating the first 20% of my list because they get my emails 2 or 3 times since I have to keep re-sending. This is the error that display's on the Mail Monitor Page
"Warning! Mass Mailing seems broken!
Metadata about Mass Mailing is missing/corrupted or an internal process goofed up. Mass Mailing will be paused and cannot be resumed." That is all the info I get. Am I doing something wrong, did I not install the version correctly, is it a glitch in the new version? Please let me know what I need to do to fix it.

you really shouldn't ever have to send a mass mailing more than once. are you using the main monitor plugin?

who is your host?


are you going over any hourly email sending limitations?

have you looked in dada's error logs?

Yes, the mail monitor is what gives me the error message. When I check it and I have gotten that error, the mail monitor shows that the mass mailing is paused and broken. It dosen't let me un-pause it so teh only thing I can do is stop it. Once I stop it, I then re-send. I looked in the error log but it just stops. It tells me all the emails it send and then the info just stops.

I use Host Monster for my hosting. They give me like 720 emails an hour and I have dada mail set for 688 or something close to that.

An example of this situation is that last night around 10PM I sent a mass mailing. When I got into work at like 8AM I got the error message in the mail monitor. So I stopped the mailing and I re-sent it. It is now at 44%, so it looks like it will go though the list this time.

What I mean is the plugin:

Set up the cron job for that plugin and things run much more smoothly.
