Well right now, you could track clickthrough, and open rates, without recording the email addresses that did those things Would that be enough? I would have to do some research on how one would track and record anonymous-yet-tied-to-an-address info I don't think there's a way, as whatever you use to anonymize an address could be used to reveal the address later
If what you want is a way to export data that's been anonymized from your analytics to a third party, that's a lot easier to implement
