The inlining of CSS is done locally for every file in your theme, but the content of your message won't have inlined CSS in your HTML, unless you have the following CPAN module installed:

CSS::Inliner

This module requires compilation (and a bit of a dependency list), so it's not included in Dada Mail If you install this module, it should have the effect of inlining the CSS in the HTML of the actual message

You can also try installing the following CPAN module:

Bundle::DadaMail

That will install all the optional, but really useful CPAN modules that Dada Mail uses, but aren't 100% required
