I normally use Firefox but I tried it in Chrome after I had the problem and got the same result. I’m almost positive it’s a server issue since the other install on a different server (different host) responds normally in Firefox.

I don’t have the faintest idea what on the server could be causing it though, so I don’t know what to do next. LiquidWeb is good about walking through things with me, but this is something where I wouldn’t even begin to know where to point them and they won’t troubleshoot a third party script if I can’t give them some idea of what might be going on with the server to cause it. Is there any reason that you can think of that it might trigger a mod sec rule? That is not unusual on my server because they have tight security, but it seems unlikely in this case.

Warm regards,

Mary Ann

Not sure when I can update the installs, but had to schedule a mailing this morning and this is the step by step with screenshots.

Thanks for outlining that out. It all worked perfectly for me - the scheduled data was saved, etc, so I wonder if it's a browser problem? What are you using?
