Thanks, Bruce. I remember that you were having problems with mailings not going out but didn’t mentally connect it to this issue. I might try moving the drafts to the same domain that Dada is installed on (both the draft and Dada are on the same server in my case, but different domains) and see if that makes a difference.

In my case, everything is on the same vt.edu domain and on the same campus network, but Dada Mail is running on a machine in my office and the web site is on a server in the computing center. But if there is a network problem, they might as well be on opposite sides of the planet.

Are you seeing that the schedule doesn’t save, or that the schedule saves but the mailing doesn’t go out? In my case the schedule will save if I hit Send Test instead of Save Schedule, so I’m doing that as a workaround.

The Daily Email (multiple versions, so I have multiple lists) is on a reoccurring schedule, going out every weekday early in the morning. Saving the schedules hasn't been a problem, although I hit a quirk after the 4th of July. Back in the spring, I had set July 1 as the ending date for the reoccurring mailings. After everything was sent on that Friday, I changed the start and end dates to continue the mailings. I set Tuesday, July 5, as the start date, following the holiday. Tuesday rolls around, mailing time hits, but Dada Mail didn't acknowledge that anything was to be sent that day. Everything went out fine and on time on that Wednesday and has been going flawlessly since then. I'm not sure why the program skipped that first day of scheduled mailings, though.
