Viewing the, "Not Yet Confirmed" sublist, and more export options

Howdy all, 

Along with the StopForumSpam service integration, I've had an itching to make the Membership >> View screen more useful. 

The first thing I've worked on, is making the list of addresses that have completed the first step of a subscription, but haven't confirmed their subscription (by clicking the confirmation link in the email you send) viewable. That's done! I'd also like to have an easy way to resend that confirmation from within the list control panel (or remove the address from the sublist outright). That should be easy enough.

Another change I've been meaning to make, is to have options when exporting your mailing list. One of the shortcomings of the export function now, is that the data you export cannot be imported back into Dada Mail, without munging the information with something like a spreadsheet app. That's not hard to do, but it would be nice if Dada Mail could give you data it itself can read (duh). So, now it does! And, if you want additional information to be exported, well, it can still give you that too. See my screenshot of the modal window that now pops up when you click the, "export" button. 

I would also like to be able to import additional information, like Delivery Preferences (and maybe profile password?), so that importing subscribers from other services (or migrating away from Mailman) is a little easier, too. Work can be seen, here: 


I'll be merging this work with the StopForumSpam branch, and that'll be the next feature release of Dada Mail,
