Found a bug in 9.0.2

When viewing the blacklist under Membership, I can't "Filter Subscribers through the Blacklist" to remove them. I get an error message and the error log shows

No such run mode 'blacklist_filter_form' at /Library/WebServer/Documents/vtnews/mail.cgi line 24.

It is more of an inconvenience, since I have to drop them manually directly through MySQL.

We have an HTML list and plain text list for the daily email sent to all employees. Each week, I get a new list of email addresses, so I purge the HTLM subscribers then add in the new list, all through MySQL. I used the "Filter Subscribers" to remove those addresses that are receiving the plain-text version so they don't get duplicate email. That no longer works in 9.0.2.
