sending via smtp also not work, still no return-path header. I have ever used qmail server, also not have return-path header. now test with another smtp(DNS name server, do not know what it is) , also not have.
What I want to tell by talking about DKIM in previous email is that, the email server do not recognize the real sender without a return-path. If in the file /DADA/Mail/Send.pm  :
    if($local_li->{print_return_path_header} == 1){
        if($local_li->{verp_return_path} == 1){ 
            $fields{'Return-Path'} = '<'. $self->_verp($fields{To}) .'>'; 
        }else{
            $fields{'Return-Path'} =  '<'. $local_li->{admin_email} . '>'; 
        }
    }

below the above script I add below script:
    if($local_li->{print_return_path_header} == 1){
        if($local_li->{verp_return_path} == 1){ 
            $fields{'Sender'} = '<'. $self->_verp($fields{To}) .'>'; 
        }else{
            $fields{'Sender'} =  '<'. $local_li->{admin_email} . '>'; 
        }
    }

Now the server know the real sender(admin email bounce@PROTECTED), and add DKIM to the email header, also of course add "Sender" header in the email. But still there is no return-path header.

It seems there is something wrong with dadamail?

The option, "Print the 'Return-Path' header in all list emails" probably will work, but the Return-Path header will be ignored by your mail server - it's a pretty useless option and, as you can see, it's tucked away under the, "Misc. Options". I used to use it when the server I was hosted at was running w/Qmail.

Dada Mail then, can only hint to the mail server what the Return-Path should be, and the mail server will ultimately decide what to set it as. Strange it doesn't set it to anything though. The sendmail command that comes with Postfix does talk about the -f header:

http://www.postfix.org/sendmail.1.html

For its description, it seems to be doing the right thing. So, good mystery to me. Perhaps attempt to send that same server via SMTP?

Can't comment myself on the DKIM problems - that should be happening in the mail server itself.
