Re: "You don't have permission" errors

One more piece to the puzzle - When I use the exact same HTML that gets rejected if it's pasted into the HTML box but pull it from a URL, it sends fine.

I wrote to Justin offlist, but until I hear back I thought I'd see if anyone here can direct me to a solution. I recently switched from HostGator to LiquidWeb for my dedicated server. I got DADA working fine after the move and have sent out a couple of successful mailings (one scheduled, one from the Send a Mailing screen). Suddenly today, I'm getting this error with some mailings but not all (and one of the ones throwing the error is the exact same mailing I sent successfully earlier):

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/dada/plugins/scheduled_mailings.pl on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I haven't changed any file permissions. Some mailings I can get to send from the "send a message" screen and some I can't. Very simple mailings like "test" or "<i>test</i>" go through both ways, but a full HTML mailing mostly gets stuck. But not always.   Ditto with Scheduled Mailings. I can't find anything consistent enough to drill down to what is causing the problem. I've checked .htaccess (it was empty). I tried deleting it, and I tried turning off mod_rewrite. I tried disabling mod_security. No change.

Error log says:
[Wed May 21 18:17:33 2014] scheduled_mailings.pl: multipart/mixed with no parts?! Something is screwy.... at ..//DADA/App/FormatMessages.pm line 748.
[Wed May 21 18:37:35 2014] scheduled_mailings.pl: Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at scheduled_mailings.pl line 814.
[Wed May 21 18:37:42 2014] scheduled_mailings.pl: Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at scheduled_mailings.pl line 814.
I'm at a loss. It has to be something server-wide that changed because I have 2 installs and they are both doing it, when they were both working fine earlier.
